Welcome to SwapMyStyle. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SwapMyStyle mobile application and services. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SwapMyStyle. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.
• Provide accurate profile information and keep it up to date.
• Do not impersonate others or create accounts on behalf of someone else.

3. Swaps & Exchanges

SwapMyStyle is a platform that connects users who wish to swap, exchange, or share clothing and accessories. We provide the platform only — we are not a party to any exchange between users. You are responsible for:

• Accurately describing the condition, size, and details of any item you list.
• Communicating honestly and arranging exchanges directly with other users.
• Any shipping, meet-ups, payments, or arrangements made outside the app.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Post content that is unlawful, counterfeit, offensive, or infringes others' rights.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• List prohibited, stolen, or hazardous items.
• Spam, scam, or attempt to defraud other users.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service.

5. Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of the photos and content you post. By posting, you grant SwapMyStyle a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute that content within the app for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

6. Content Moderation

We may review, remove, or restrict content and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community standards, at our discretion.

7. Disclaimers

SwapMyStyle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the accuracy of user content, or that any swap will be completed. Interactions with other users are at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwapMyStyle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any exchange between users.

9. Termination

You may stop using SwapMyStyle and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
